👋 Meet Phoenyx

I’ve been traveling for years, long before a 2016 motorcycle accident changed how I move through the world. Back then, travel was go-go-go. Since then, it’s become how I rebuilt my confidence and reclaimed my independence.

Now I travel as an amputee with a traumatic brain injury and sensory sensitivities, both solo and with my blended family. I’ve explored the U.S. from coast to coast as well as abroad in Europe learning firsthand what accessible travel actually looks like when it has to work in real life.

Phoenyx Travels is about accessible travel and every day life with a disability, grounded in lived experience. I share honest guides, real accessibility notes, and practical advice for people who want to live well, travel confidently, and do both on their own terms.
