Living with a disability wasn’t something I planned for. A motorcycle accident in 2016 left me with a traumatic brain injury, sensory sensitivities, and eventually an amputation. Life didn’t stop, but it did change. A lot. I had to relearn how to pace myself, advocate for my needs, and stop pretending I could push through things the way I used to.
This space isn’t about toxic positivity or “overcoming” anything. It’s about the real, day-to-day logistics of living in a body that needs accommodations, rest, and flexibility. I share what actually helps, what doesn’t, and how I navigate work, travel, and life without burning myself into the ground.
If you’re disabled, chronically ill, neurodivergent, or just exhausted from pretending you’re fine, you’re in the right place. This is about building a life that works for you, not forcing yourself into one that clearly doesn’t.
