Phoenyx Travels is about accessible travel and everyday life with a disability. Not just the highlight reels, not just the trips, but the real logistics of moving through the world when your body, brain, or energy has limits. Travel is part of the story. Living with a disability is the plot.

The site covers accessible and solo travel, amputee travel, sensory-friendly experiences, pacing, and the day-to-day realities that make or break independence. The focus is practical, honest, and grounded in lived experience, not inspiration or performative accessibility.

Founded by Phoenyx, a travel writer and accessibility advocate navigating life after a life-changing motorcycle accident, Phoenyx Travels offers an unfiltered perspective on rebuilding independence. The platform has been featured for its candid approach to access, advocacy, and showing what freedom can actually look like when you stop pretending limitations don’t exist.
