People reach out to Phoenyx Travels for a lot of reasons, and most of them repeat. This section answers the questions I get the most and sets expectations before you hit send. If your question isn’t covered here, the contact form is still the best place to start.

1. What does Phoenyx Travels cover?

Phoenyx Travels covers accessible travel and everyday life with a disability, with an emphasis on real-world limits and what actually works. That includes solo travel, pacing, mobility and sensory considerations, and honest accessibility notes. The goal is useful, grounded information, not glossy inspiration or pretending access issues don’t exist.

2. Do you accept guest posts on Phoenyx Travels?

Phoenyx Travels does not accept guest posts. All content on the site is written from my own lived experience and perspective. This is intentional and helps keep the information consistent, honest, and grounded in real-world accessibility, not outside opinions or SEO-driven contributions.

3. Do you offer consulting or trip planning services?

Consulting through Phoenyx Travels focuses on accessibility, inclusive content, and lived-experience insight. I do not offer trip planning, medical advice, legal guidance, or help with diagnoses. If a request crosses into professional or clinical territory, please contact a travel agent, medical professional, or a lawyer.

4. How can I share my experience or an accessibility tip?

You can share your experience or accessibility tip through the email listed above. I read every message, even if I can’t respond to all of them. Reader experiences often shape future posts, especially when the same issues keep coming up.

5. Are you open to product reviews or brand features?

Product reviews on Phoenyx Travels are considered when they’re actually relevant to accessibility or disabled life. Any partnership must be transparent and genuinely useful to readers. If a product relies on hype, gimmicks, or unrealistic claims, it’s a no.

6. Can I republish Phoenyx Travels content on my own platform?

No. We do not consent to repurposing, republishing, syndicating, or otherwise using our content on your own site or others’ site(s).

7. Do you speak at events or conferences?

I speak at events and conferences about accessible travel, inclusive tourism, pacing, and lived-experience advocacy. This work is grounded in both personal experience and professional expertise. If you’re interested, reach out with details and timelines using the contact info above or emailing me directly.

8. How can I suggest a topic for the blog?

You can suggest a topic by sending it through the email listed above. A lot of the content on Phoenyx Travels exists because multiple people asked the same question. I can’t cover everything, but patterns matter.

9. Are you open to collaborations or partnerships?

Collaborations and partnerships with Phoenyx Travels are considered when accessibility is treated as a real commitment, not a checkbox. I work with brands, destinations, and organizations willing to engage honestly with access realities. If accessibility only shows up in the marketing copy, it’s not a fit.

10. Can you help me get a diagnosis?

I can’t help you get a medical diagnosis. I can share my own experience and point to general resources, but I’m not a gatekeeper or professional. Anyone promising guaranteed approval or shortcuts should raise red flags.

11. Are you hiring or accepting applications?

Phoenyx Travels isn’t currently hiring. If that changes, it’ll be announced publicly on the site or in the newsletter. Please don’t send unsolicited applications or unpaid work offers framed as “experience.”
